Q: How many carbs should you eat in most snacks?

A: Aim for 15 grams or less per snack.

Q: My snacks don't keep me full! What should I do?

A: Things that will make you full are foods that contain FAT, PROTEIN, FIBER! Make sure to add one or all these to your snacks, they are low carb!

Q: Can I eat snack foods that are processed?

A: Yes! there are many healthy, low carb processed foods that you can choose from!
